        Had a really positive experience dealing with Sales Executive Ryan Dowie. Would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car through Eastern Western VW

        Gave 1 star as I couldn't give any less, my worst experience in 35 years of driving, staff were great, courteous and professional unfortunately the garage side of things is a complete joke, I was overpriced hundreds from my original quote, due to the technician damaging my van during the repair, and back to the garage another 3 times after the repair over the course of a week and a half with faults on the repair, I wouldn't recommend to any friends or family
