        Lovely location 5 minutes to st Andrews very quiet just what you need after a very tirering day playing golf a the old link . Mrs Duncan was a blessing in disguise so friendly and easy to talk to. The breakfast was just what a Yorkshire man wanted plenty of cereals loads of fruit and to finish a lovely full bodied English breakfast .love you Anne Duncan for your hospitality. So all you people out there visit a place of friendless and see Scottish hospitality.
