Avoid at all costs. Based upon all visits made, it feels entirely that the care of animals is not that of their top priority (which feels grossly concerning given that this is a vet). On countless occasions over the years the reception staff have come across both passive aggressive and arrogant. It goes without saying that an unwell pet is scary for both the owner and the animal, however, through very little communication and no level of kindness shown, there is nothing offered to help take away such fears. Very glad to have found a new vet which care in a way one would expect for someone you trust with a member of your family. Would review zero stars if it was an option.

The staff at the avenues are fantastic they really care for all their patients I would not go anywhere else

The only vet I would trust with my pets. All staff are knowledgeable and considerate. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything you've done over the years!
