Thankfully I haven't had to use the physiotherapy services of Kat and team that often but when I have they have been fantastic. Both the gym space and the equipment are fantastic. They are constantly working on improving the already excellent facilities, it's obvious they invest a lot of time, effort, and money back into the business. Finally, although gym set up is important, it's the people in the gym who make the difference. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff and the PT's who train clients there are approachable and knowledgable. Overall it's a very positive place to train.

I started coming to see Kat on a monthly basis for my back. As a nail tech I have issues with my shoulder blade and neck, Kat sorts me out every time meaning Im able to preform my job pain free! Wouldnt go anywhere else!!

Appointment went well. Confirmed strained Achilles and exercises to do after Jen gave it a good massage to put heat into the area

I have had problems with my lower back for many years. At times of acute pain, I have had some massage sessions with Kat, which helped enormously. In January 2023, during the last flare up, Kat suggested that a series of strength & conditioning sessions could help prevent future difficulties. I enrolled for 10 personal sessions with one of the gym's personal trainrs/physio's, Gary Peak. He designed a programme of daily exercises for me, topped up with our sessions in the gym, which have transformed how my back feels. The emphasis was on strengthening my core through a variety of mobility & strength exercises. My back is much better and my overall fitness and posture is very much improved. Gary is friendly, very professional and caring, keen to ensure I am not overdoing it. I was so happy with my progress that I signed up for another 5 sessions to make sure I don't revert to the bad old days of regular back niggles. Money well spent. I can strongly recommend the services of Sports Life Work.
