        Staff are next to useless, always trying to get you to spend more than you need to. I posted a small parcel that they were trying to pass off as a large one. Luckily I was able to prove on the other side of the counter it could fit through the smaller section. They are very fly and not helpful.

        If using them to send a parcel they tend to offer you the first price that comes up on their machine which is usually the most expensive. They were unaware that Royal offered cheaper prices. Would suggest checking Royal Mail price finder online before going, you will probably save yourself money.
