Went last Wednesday to pick up prescription as per text instructions. I am 70 taking Naproxen for painful knee arthritis . Mobility is curtailed . My home is on a hilltop with along walk to Pharmacy. On arrival home found half of prescription missing. Only 10 mins home and another text appears on phone. Your prescription is ready for collection. This was the Naproxen which was not in the first package When i was in the pharmacy nobody said there was only a part prescription or checked to see if the remainder item was there. Usually you are given a remainder note. This is a frequent occurrence which always requires a return trip, the last thing i need. If i had easy mobility,i would not require Naproxen in the first place. Lesson learned, open package and check you have all you ordered
