    Very knowledgeable and likeable Personal Trainer who gives really down to earth practical advice to get this 50 something male moving again. Highly recommend Peter who offers a free first session then a tailor made programme.

    Great boot camps at Cuningar loop! Was made to feel very welcome when I arrived and it's been great fun and light hearted. Just what I needed more regular exercise, feeling the benefits for sure. Would recommend these boot camps to anyone of any level of fitness, you won't regret it
