Very unprofessional gave me wrong keys when questioned why they would do this couldnt answer.Explained to myself they were only key holders and nothing else!!!quote from Lisa a member of staff.would not let them sell a virus for me in the future.

We sold our flat through Stephanie at the Burnside office with the help of Robyn also. We have been absolutely delighted with the service and would absolutely recommend Stephanie and encourage you to trust her with your house sale as she is fantastic, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Throughout, Stephanie has been incredibly efficient in moving our process along, quick to respond, reassuring and able to offer great advice with any hurdles or questions we have had. We are in the process of buying and selling with Slater Hogg Burnside and everyone we have dealt with has been super helpful, answered my many silly questions and kept me updated throughout. We had a large number of viewers and Slater Hogg were so great at fitting viewings in around my availability. Special mention to Stephanie, Jennifer and Robyn, thank you for everything.
