Replaced 2 of my doors with brand new ones, however on return the mirrors were not folding when locking the car. It is a shame that Craig said I was lying and asked how I could prove it was not pre-existing, as I was initially happy with their service. They agreed to take the car back and next day they found the software registered the car was in an accident which caused the issue. Yes, they fixed it and brought the car back, but highly advise to anyone going with them to take detailed video/picture of their car so they have a leg to stand on. Service: Body & Trim

Had work done a couple of years back consisting of damage to back panel . Found out due to someone bumping into me in the same area that when in an other garage the work carried out by Vehicle Body Solution was not up to standard and due to the work that they had done corrosion had developed in this area due to there poor workmanship. The cosmetic work covered up there bad workmanship. Would definitely not recommend this company !!! Cutting corners to get a job done quickly is not a very good attitude to have and this garage have just cost us more due to covering up their bad work on our car. It's taken us a few years to realise due to anther bump and another respectable garage letting us know how bad their work is that they covered up. Shame on you!!! Service: Body & Trim
