Pacitti Jones Burnside have been a great help to us while selling our home. We first signed up using their pre-registration service a year ago which meant the photos and paperwork were all completed in advance ready to put our house on the market once we found a new house to move to. This has worked out really well. From the moment we started the process, to the placement of the house on the market, organising viewings and handling the closing date, the help that Lynne, Megan and Paul provided was first class.

We could not be happier with the experience we had with Pacitti Jones Burnside. We have purchased and sold with them and it is the best decision we made. Having previously been first time buyers, we were new to a buy/sell scenario and the whole team have been wonderful throughout. AnneMarie has kept us updated at every stage, Paul was friendly and assuring when coming out to value our own property. The quality and process of the photographs was absolutely excellent. Something i had been nervous about but was a really easy experience. From valuation to an offer on our home, it took less than a week. We even had help to get a home report done quickly and cheaper than we had been quoted directly. We would highly recommend, great experience overall!

We have bought and sold through Pacitti Jones Burnside and was extremely impressed with everyone we dealt with throughout the whole experience. From the initial meeting with Paul who impressed with his knowledge of the local area and the housing market, to Saleem who took fantastic photos of our property and Megan who has been an absolute star throughout the whole process I cannot fault them at all. Our first sale fell through as a result of a really long property chain so we didnt want that second time around. Never felt any pressure from Megan to sell our house quickly. She supported us throughout and was very much in our corner the whole time. We used Pacitti Jones for conveyancing as well, for buying and selling. James and Ifet from the Shawlands office were our solicitors for that aspect and again was very impressed with both of them. Very thorough and kept us informed of everything. We also used Dougal to arrange our mortgage and with the current climate with interest rates and criteria changing constantly as well as our own personal circumstances he had his work cut out for him! It wasnt an easy process but he was fantastic throughout and really worked hard for us to get the best deal possible. I have been very impressed with everyone I dealt with in Pacitti Jones, many of their staff have worked for the company for years and that definitely helps, they have a detailed knowledge of the local area and house prices. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and courteous and would highly recommend them if you are moving house.
