Tartan Tweeds

Beautifully made "I bought 2 hats from Tartan tweeds. I found them to be very professional, helpful and quick at supporting my purchase. I emailed when the 1st hat was too small, I was able to send it back for a swap to Large size. The email responses was fast (August 2021). I bought my second hat in December 2022, this time I knew I was a Large 60cms so it fit very well. I am sorry for the other reviewers below who had issues with communication, as I did not via email. The colours and patterns I found were not the usual common types you see everywhere. They are so cool I have received complements. The tweed material used, are world renowned and as stunning as Scotland itself. I wish they made mens suits of the same tweed blue! 5 stars !!!"

Buyers use caution... Scarf purchased from this company on 26th October ... Still undelivered after 2 weeks of waiting. ... Rang up and customer service was non existent... (Simply told to email any queries)... Did this (twice) with no reply at all... Eventually raised a PayPal dispute and had money returned. Will never use again.

The returns process is abysmal, ordered size XL hat but to big, returns process states no need to contact but just return intact with note of order number and details of exchange. Returned item for exchange by recorded delivery. Item was delivered and signed for, customer service is none existent. Emailed twice no response, been over a week since the company signed for the return. Very disappointed shocking treatment, be aware when ordering form this company.
