The reception staff are efficient and helpful. No issues getting an appointment and have had no negative experiences with the practice.

Avoid this practice at all costs. They did not add my neurological health diagnosis to my medical summary document and they sent me, over and over, to emergency care .They knew the documents given to me to hand over were incorrect meaning I had one brush off after another with doctors and then they had me in time and time again and acted like they were listening . Like a mug, I explained that the emergency doctors weren't acting on my severe pain when it was actually this practice who were omitting information. Meaning that for YEARS I got so bad that I couldn't function. I had to fight to get access to a pain clinic. I also found out that the dialogue boxes they use to summarize the consultations were not reflective of what I was saying to them, in fact, as my mental health declined that's what they highlighted t in the summary and when I took myself to accident and emergency they treated me like a crazy person. I only found out when a receptionist left the document for me to look over. They lost my samples more than once and lied to me that they were processed. They didn't pass on report recommendations from consultants. Two of the GPS are kind, one isn't, he belittles his patients. I got messed about so badly by this practice, don't trust them.
