        They took my car 14 months ago with front offside damage. They brought it back on feb 13 2023 and theres not a panel thats not damaged on the car with the exception of the roof. They even put the damaged alloy back on the car which was ripped of in the accident.

        Poor customer service, not sure who was to blame but they never gave me my car back even after i explained i was desperate to visit my dying mum in hospital, mistake in payment, excess which i never should even been asked for and garage knew this , but said it was not there fault so refused to give me car
