I phoned these guys to book my car in they gave me a day, I took my car and they said to me whats this as if I wasnt welcome shocking customer service, I then tried to book my car in after he told me it needed an expensive fix, Ive tried to call the guys around 5-6 times anytime I call , its always wasnt me pal awe wasnt me mate he out the now, I get garages can be busy but these guys are unreal so Unorganised and I will not be going anywhere near the place in the future. Had my car at 2 other garages that couldnt diagnose the horrible clinking noise that was coming from under the car. Also spent hundreds of s trying to get problem fixed but no prevail. A friend reccomended mtek and im so glad i used them. Thomas found the problem in a short space of time and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Defo be using these guys in the future.
