        I ordered a bespoke rug in the Ben Avon tartan. I was promply informed that it was out of stock but more was expected soon. That wasn't a problem as we were going on holiday and it would be better for us if delivery was delayed until we got back. On return (Wednesday) I was informed that the rug was finished, leaving the warehouse the next morning and I would receive delivery on Friday or Monday. Well, it actually arrived that Thursday morning. Amazing service from Stevens and Graham and a shout out to Gillian Allan who kept us informed of the rugs process.

        I personally have three gorgeous bespoke rugs and two more on order. I have also put into clients homes as well. I still get positively giddy just vacuuming these show stopper rugs. I searched high and low looking for Tartan rugs and literally stumbled on to Stevens and Graham-so happy I did. The customer service has been exceptional. If you like classic Tartans you wont be disappointed!
