Glasgow Motorhome Hire

Sharks, liars, robbing ignorant people. I am sending all my paperwork to Trading Standards. My mum. Contracted Covid-19 and as we were taking her for a trip for her birthday, had to cancel. They are refusing to refund. They are just conmen. CAB says a good idea is to take them to small claims court after sending all the info to Trading Standards Office. I am taking them to court for the money they have taken from our cards. Even if I don't win, it will keep them busy attending court, especially as they will have to travel to Fort William to defend te action. At least they will not be ripping people off if they are not in the office

SCAM refund paid to a separate company which has now went bust. I've heard this happens yearly. Take summer deposits liquidate in winter. No facts i just know it happened this year and have since heard of it happening before.

Under no circumstances use this company. The amount of add ons/hidden charges is outrageous. Charged extra for gas bottle, bed linen, sat nav, tv license etc. 250 deposit still not returned after 6 weeks and now they are saying there's additional late return charges. A joke of a company. DO NOT USE. What looked like a good deal of 210 for 3 days hire has actually turned into a 568 charge. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Please under no circumstances use this company there hidden charges are borderline criminal out of my security deposit they kept 138 from my 250 deposit for parking my car 11 a day lots of hidden admin fees they dont answer the phone once they have you deposit you have committed to the hire and this is where all the hidden charges start to appear ps car parking in there depot was free with my bronze package I paid 100 for but mysteriously they have stopped this practice but fail to mention this shambles of a company

Terrible to communicate with .also keep eye on hidden charges.. we paid everything they asked .. and left 1.250 insurance deposit.. to which have wait 28 working days .. and we're now into 33. Days and still nothing ..there saying out of our insurance deposit we've to pay 30 parking and 24 for second driver .. also got indicator lense broken which we replaced on return got part from ford dealer at charge 24.50 and kept reciept.. loan behold they even charged us for replacement + fitting .. motor home was dirty not cleaned outside from last hire.. toilet door hanging off hynges .. to which our granddaughter got there fingers jammed.. they offered 50 deposit.. which was not shown on final disputed reciept.. can't call as number costs fortune and when go on live chat customer services don't have a clue.. we're very frustrated and they seem to be stalking as every day they keep deposit there making money on interest... you here about companies like these but pray you don't have deal with them.. dispute still on going
