My son was in class for the first time. Loved it said the kids were very helpful and the atmosphere in the place is fantastic. He wants to attend classes and I want my son to gain confidence which is low. That's why we will stay here and my son will attend these activities on a regular basis :)

My daughter loves her Tae Kwondo classes, they are teaching her good behaviour, respect and self defence amongst other things. Cannot recommend James Reed highly enough!

Our son has really enjoyed the classes and he looks forward to them. The classes have helped him with his balance and coordination and I believe his self confidence too! Its a great atmosphere in the classes and everyone enjoys the variety of activities (key for our son )The moves the instructors do are skilful ( badass ) so these sessions are a complete win for us. Highly recommended!

My daughter started about 1 year ago and loves going to the classes. She is 8 yrs old, the classes helps her self confidence and fitness. It's great to see at the gradings how well she is doing but also how respectful she is and how seriously she takes the class. Instructors are all great.
