Busby Glass

Shockingly unprofessional and rude. I called them for a quote for a window that could no longer opened (window was closed properly, just could not be opened). They quoted for opening the window and replacing the espag. After coming to do the job, the window could no longer be closed. So they came back and forced the window to close it. Now my window no longer close properly as the window is no longer fitting in the frame, and they are quoting me over 600 to replace the full window. So from an espag problem at 150, after them forcing on my window, the window no longer shut properly and needs full replacement for over 600. I tried to call them to have a conversation but these people do not let you speak, they say what they have to say but when comes your turn they cut you off, won't let you say a word and eventually hang up on you. I can understand that sometimes mistakes happen, we all have mistakes. What I do not accept is that as a professional you should recognize your mistakes and fix them. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, TO BE AVOIDED.

Hi there, we had to phone around a few places after our french door glass was broken by young vandals, after phoning a few unhelpful firms my husband phoned Busby Glass and said the girl answering the phone was extremely efficient abd helpful and offered to help getting this fixed as quickly as she could, someone came to measure up that evening and glass was ordered, I have just spoken with another very cheerful and helpful staff member who has advised someone will be out to fit glass today, this has all been sorted within a week, thank you for your professional service during a frustrating time. Great value and workmanship. Possibly due to inclement weather, we were rescheduled 3 times at rather short notice and the work took place a month later than originally booked, but would recommend for quality
