Absoluetly shocking service from Craig. Replaced our back garden gate which completely fell off the gate weeks later. I informed Craig of this on several occasions and asked him to fix the issue as we had forked out a lot of money for the work to be done. After being ignored several times he then agreed to come on two seperate occasions but didn't show. STAY CLEAR if you are looking for a reliable service. Disgraceful when people are forking out money for a job to he done and it's not done properly.

Came out last minute on a bank holiday to help us out, was 10mins later than he said he would be and insisted on knocking 10 off the price! Excellent service, really lovely guy. We had Craig come out to help us. Highly recommend

I phoned Anderson locksmith around 11:00pm before Christmas for an emergency last year, Craig drove to the site within 30 minutes. Really fast response and reliable. Today my friend and myself asked Craig to change our locks, he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on his field. Highly recommended! No matter is an emergency or not, he always picks up the phone and gives the best advice. Thank you!

Amazing service. We were locked out of our flat at 9.30pm. Arrived and had fixed the lock in under half an hour. Very reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend.
