Absolutely cracking job on my daughters haircut. Was a dramatic change, done exactly as they wanted with great tips on how to style it. Throughly recommended.

Worst hairdressers ever, my hair came out the wrong colour that I was asking for , I was so upset, the atmosphere in the salon was horrible and to top it off the girl dropped the applicator all over my hoodie thats now ruined and I never got a sorry? I had to pay more money to get my hair fixed at a different hairdressers, I complained and wanted my money back and all Avril done was ignore me!! I didnt get my money back, this caused me so much anxiety my hair was awful! DONT WASTE YOUR HAIR OR MKNEY IN THIS SALON!!! Obviously I cant reply to the Salons reply so Ive edited this: I like that you have read my reviews thats lovely, and can I just point out you have not actually says you would fix it! I have all the proof , as a long term client I did actually think I would have been treated better but no and I do think Ive came to complaining due to the no response you tell everyone your doing, the pictures of my hair I have you cant seriously say its a professional job! Also I dont lie. I did give you plenty of time to help and follow up but nothing resulting in a bad review! Its a very unprofessional side of the business if I have a complaint I guess.
