Both previous times I have ordered arrangements in baskets, and my bouquets have turned up in a cardboard vase not the basket I ordered. It wasn't until I phoned them after I had received the order to tell them I did not receive the flowers in a basket like I ordered, the woman on the phone advised me they are having issues with their supplier for the baskets due to covid/brexit. If this is the case, then the basket should not be advertised on their website and I should of received a partial refund. On top of these 2 times I ordered from here, another poor experience I had was when my friend ordered flowers for me. I received a call from the shop advising that the delivery driver was out attempting to deliver my flowers, and could I go outside my house to meet her. When I went outside to collect my flowers from the delivery driver, I commented on how beautiful the arrangement was and the delivery driver made a rude remark on how I almost didn't get them as I didn't answer my phone to help her with directions to my house. I apologised and advised I was busy with my infant daughter (I was on maternity leave at the time). The delivery driver woman then started shouting at me as I walked back in to my house saying "You need to answer your phone!" which is incredibly rude and uncalled for behaviour. The arrangements are beautiful (hence the 2 star rating, otherwise theyd have 1), but due to the despicable customer service I will not be ordering from here again.

Overpriced tiny funeral wreath . I read the size but for 50 I imagined better. I was embarrassed at the funeral when I saw it

When we phoned to order our funeral wreath, we could hear in the background staff slagging off another customer. Later when I called to complain & say how embarrassed I was about the lack of flowers in the 50 wreath we ordered, I was told that was the correct amount for our 'basic' wreath. However they would get the owners mother to call us back. As the owner was on holiday. Needless to say I never heard from them again!. Terrible customer service!

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day online for delivery on Sunday the 19th of march. I called them at 12:00 to try and get a rough idea of what time they would be delivered at and was told that the driver was out and that they couldnt give me a time. I called them back at 15:00 to see when they would be delivered only to be told that they were still in the shop so I told them that I would come and collect them. When I was collecting them I asked why nobody bothered to tell me that they were still in the shop the first time I called only to be met with a vacant look and a member of staff telling me that they probably were not even made up at that point. I can appreciate that Mothers Day is extremely busy for florists but you should be able to get a rough delivery time, also I didnt even get the delivery cost refunded to me. The customer service is really poor at this place and I wont be using them again.

I've just had 2 box bouquets of flowers from this florist . And they are beautiful so fresh and colourful and smell amazing thank u so much .
