        Took up some ironing, 10 polo shirts. Picked up today to find they were folded, not hung on hanger. The lady told me I had to ask for them to be hung. I told her it was my first time using them abd didn't know. Would it not be easier for staff to ask the customer this, it takes 20 seconds. Took them home and some are more creased now than what I gave them. What's the point in paying for a service if you get worse back.
