        Do not use this company. Had five windows and a door fitted. When it's windy, three of the five windows make a noise. Tried multiple times to get them back out to look at the issues. The guy (William) came out once to see the issues and said he would book us in for repair. Always chasing them...been fobbed off multiple times. Says he will call back with a repair date but never does. Months later we're still waiting. We have a 15 year guarantee, that's a laugh. Windows were making a noise after a year. If it wasn't for Covid lockdowns we would have called him out sooner. Google won't let me post a no star rating so had to reluctantly choose one star. One star is one too many. Simple message, do not use WR Windows & Conservatories.
