Staff do a fab job washing and waxing your vehicle

Have been going to this car wash for some years but it has recently changed hands and although the sign on the wall states that a car wash is 5 they charge you 6. When I queried this with the owner I was told that it was a big car and it was more. My car is a standard five door hatchback and there is nothing on the notice board that states this, just Car 5. Why are they allowed to charge more than the price states?? I think, in future, I will find another car wash which keeps to the advertised price.
