        Opening times are no use to anyone who works. Shutting at 1500? Beyond poor. Its not even that half the time all I want to do is deposit cash, and the only machine that does it? Yup. The one inside so after 1500 you've no chance.

        On 22 Dec I went to my local branch in Rutherglen to lift money only to find it closed today 5 January its still closed due to a problem with ceiling but surely we could have had access to atm inside away from problem as I will not use arms outside and have been ill since Xmas and unable to travel into town do Santander have any idea when we will be able to get banking facilities back in Rutherglen ?
