We called in and were uncertain whether we'd made a wise choice as the place is a bit tired looking and the menu was very, errr, cosmopolitan, featuring everything from neeps and tatties to pasta dishes and curries. Our group ordered an eclectic mix of kebab, pizza and Syrian lentil curry, however, we were pleasantly surprised with the tasty food and friendly service. We got the impression it had recently been taken over, hence the clash of cultures and identity crisis, however, for five hungry sailors on a drizzly October evening it was well worth a visit (worked out as 16 pp for a main and one/two soft drinks).
