Thank you to all the staff here 2023 has started differently my 3 prescriptions have all come in early. I rarely do reviews but felt compelled after reading some reviews here. Yes there were staffing issues before Christmas but please a little understanding. I queued for a total of 4 hours and need my meds just like everyone else. Staff were doing their best under difficult circumstances. I can tell you I've queued in England for prescriptions paid for and here in Scotland they are free. We are very lucky here on Bute. I think we forget this. Thanks to all the staff at Victoria Street.

Queues for nearly 2 hrs then pharmacist waltzes out the door at 17.10! Diabolical "service" 10 minutes waiting time! Equates to 50 minutes and only half items in bag. Prescription had been put in the week before! And still wasn't ready! Totally disgusted.

Shocking service with Qs a mile long and staff walking around spaced out &clueless... Waiting over an hour to pickup prescription that should've been made up a week ago... Inadequate and irresponsible service and shouldn't be allowed the responsibility of being in control of people's medicine...Get the ferry to another chemist &you'll be back on the island again in the time it takes for these inadequates to deal with you... Closing for days without telling people & leaving them ill &without medication they need to function...
