I have been a massage therapist for 24 years in London and internationally, and I can whole heartedly recommend Deryck. From the moment I walked in, I felt I was in professional hands. The environment was spotless, very warm, and he had all the extras like a heated blanket, weighted blanket and spa music for relaxation. I chose to have a remedial massage where he included some passive stretches. Derycks firm touch was welcomed and I certainly felt his sports massage knowledge coming through. He also including little touches like refreshing the feet with witch hazel spray which I loved! Im here on holiday so unfortunately can only have the one treatment which is a real shame!

Validus fit coach is Excellent, professional PT and coach. Support with my nutrition, fitness and mindset. We worked on my bad habits and I fell in love with training outdoors. Deryck trained me to run so that I could compete in several events, I now have a great collection of medals. Also fantastic massage therapist, had issues with lower back and legs and a few sessions helped me have so much relief and an amazing after care service with professional advice and strength training! thank you Deryck
