        Words can't describe how lovely Silverknowe is. From the moment you arrive and walk through the stunning front garden then enter the oasis of calm into this beautiful house and then see the wonderful rooms.. it's a joy. There is also a wonderful walk garden dizzy had been lovingly cared for by your superhost Malcolm. I return again and again each time notice some other hidden gem in this wonderfully restored house. Highly recommended, you can't help but fall a little bit in love with it.

        owner was very welcoming, house & garden lovely. We stayed in the ensuite room which was fantastic with the view to match. only down side was the room wasnt serviced during our stay. The continental breakfast wasn't up to the usual standard but that been personal choice. Although the house is lovely and our room was great. You are sharing this lovely home with the owners. Personally this is not for me and had I had to share bathroom facilities I would have looked else where to stay
