It is run by what is clear to be authentic Chinese cooks who have brought the taste of home to Rothes,
I always order a staple Chinese dish as a baseline test.
This place gets. 5* for delivering a above average Szechuan chicken in both size and taste
Very high quality and a treasure to find in a little nook like Rothes.
Would recommend if you are staying nearby
(If ordering Szechuan by my personal suggestion please be aware this is a Chinese orient dish and is very spicy, as it is made from a specific chili known as the Szechuan chili)
