I have been driving for 30 years and have bought a number of cars, some new. At the Fife branch of Cars4You, I have just had the best purchasing experience of them all. Hassan was helpful and informative without being pushy and was knowledgeable and efficient. Can highly recommend. More than 6 months later however and still have not received a copy of my car's service history, despite asking for it several times.

Paid a deposit online to reserve a car, called back a few days later to see when it will be ready to get delivered but instead got told they can't sell the car anymore because it had too many fault. I was completely fine with that and got told they'll send my deposit back right away. They took my cards details but never bothered sending the deposit back, been calling back just about every day since and kept getting told they will sort it out or look into it, even ended up taking my card details again but still no deposit. I have been waiting almost a week now.
