Wild Packs

I recently had a negative experience with Wild Packs Summer Camps. Although they didn't take into account my preferences, several camps contacted me without a problem and they responded quickly. The problem arose when I rejected their offer a second time, because the values of the camp didn't align with mine. They demanded explanations from me, and I gave them brief explanations because I don't think I should have to explain why I'm rejecting a job offer - it's my personal decision and I wanted to continue using the platform to connect with other camps. Their advisor, Ben, was very subjective and disrespectful, but I do appreciate that they refunded my money. I think they're a great team, but they made a big mistake in how they treated me.

They were good last year but, with the global pandemic canceling the program in 2020 they've been awful dealing with it. No refunds and little updates. They did offer to roll my place onto 2021 for free. Looking closer into this they said that some fees had to be paid again. So not really for free is it... A bunch of my friends managed to claim their money back through government claims. I'll update this once mines been processed.

I went through a few agencies before settling on Wild Packs. I felt like the other (bigger) companies were just processing numbers, where as Wild Packs made me feel like they were focussed on me. I got complete support from the start of my application, all the way through to going to camp and got help when I needed it when at camp and working. Staff were really lovely. Can totally recommend them. Thanks guys.
