Excellent company everything from booking the survey to the completion of the job the surveyor kept me up to date and really protected my property I would highly recommend Peter Cox to anyone who has dampness and timber defects in there property

disgrace of a company. For anyone who has had wall ties placed in their house, ensure they are the correct length and connect to appropriate joists. Petercox fitted the wrong sizes, connected only two ties out of 12 to the joists, the others missed altogether, and of the two that connected they were tied to rotten timber that should have been picked up on as they were visible in the loft. Cost over 10000 to undo their shoddy work and they have fought since day one not to recompense some of the work. They renegaded on a promise to pay for engineers fees incurred by myself to prove their inadequate work. Dundee office carried out the work. Branch manager Colin McKinley at Rosyth has broken promises and has failed to recognise the impact of their work has had. Essentially Petercox has not done anything to find a compromise and happy to take the money and run. No better than your typical bogus workman. No guarantee or any suggestion of one is totally invalid. Be aware!!!!
