        Getting back into playing after a good while so took my cornet to Steve for a service to get it contest ready. He was friendly and professional throughout, stripping the instrument down and providing a quote before proceeding. Very pleased with the results.

        Contacted Steve looking for help with a saxophone. I popped round later in the day and he could not have been more helpful. Thankfully the fault wasn't with the instrument and more with the effects of a 2 year Covid-driven layoff. It's good to have someone local who is able to give helpful advice and encouragement and I would certainly take any instrument problems straight to him.
