        Great Sales Patter. Overall product fairly good but 2 years later. On a 10 year Guarantee When a problem manifested. After sales (warranty) work.. very very disappointing. Im being nice about it at that. On that basis 1 Star. Updated after response.. THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. The response from this lot should give any prospective customer a measure of the Attitude of this lot. So therefore lets look at your Response Im insulting what for telling it how it is ? Im Hiding clearly Im not Ive posted this review on a public forum I dont need to defend myself for using a USERNAME. Now Im not removing this review as you deserve it. As a now Ex Customer having paid my hard earned money I have the right to give an honest and factual account of your service. If this doesnt please you then you did not consider my displeasure when you came to my home to carry out a shoddy warranty repair using the cheapest components you could get your mits on that are clearly not like for like THEREFORE YOU SAVED YOURSELVES A FEW QUID.AND EARNED THIS REVIEW. Also your condescending demeanour when I called you to report the issue flagged with me what kind of business I was dealing with. No its not my first Rodeo here reviewing as I morally and rightly believe in naming and Shaming as a WARNING TO OTHERS.

        I have just had my front door and back door fitted. They are lovely . Sturdy door and well fitted. Workmanship great. The guys were pleasant and just got on with the job . I have decided to get all my windows done now . Would definitely recommend them .

        Ive now had SRJ supply and fit several windows and a front door in my house over two different installs. The workmanship and quality of customer service is phenomenal. Their professional installers finished on the front of our house yesterday and we have already without hesitation asked them to come back and quote for install of the rest of the property. The staff are all friendly and treat you as one of the family I couldnt recommend them enough.
