Receptionist don't do there job. I have a stressful job and your asking me to do your job as well all I wanted was my new prescription for anti depression pills which now ill just stop as your staff are to lazy to do there job.i also phoned to change a doctors appointment which wasn't done

I was in to visit the nurse sharon this morning for my first smear test, although I may have come across as cool as a cucumber I was very anxious after reading and hearing a lot about them. My nurse sharon could not have been any better, making me feel at ease and keeping me Calm by talking to me as if I had known her for years! I really had nothing to worry about Im so glad I had my smear done and know I was very lucky to have had the nurse I did. I wish I could add more stars because Sharon really was amazing and made me feel so at ease!

Been at this practice all my life was in inverkeithing before it moved to rosyth staff are polite so are some of the doctors surgery even has its own dentist and other departments as well.
