I would like to say, that this is really poor service. And I am not saying anything about the dentist itself l!
Watch guys ! I didnt book appointment and they charged me fee 60. They have made mistake, and apparently booked for me appointment. I didnt know that appointment is booked as I didnt get any text message as usual you would expect if there is any appointment. So, I didnt know that the appointment is booked on their calendar. I got to know when I have received the letter ! This is ridiculous! I phoned them straight away ! And you know what ? I spoke to the nice receptionist, who said that she needs to talk manager. I said ok. I have little baby, and I was on hold waiting until someone speak to me for 25min !! I was shocked ! I did hung up !
Again I received letter ! I phoned and still never spoke to the manager ! I have been told to pay the fee even that I didnt book that appointment! I am not here to make it up on it. But it is absolutely out of order ! I have never booked that appointment as it must have been booked by mistake by employee! So I wont pay for something that I didnt do. Manager Jannet, absolutely worse manager o have ever heard about as she didnt even talked to me ! What a poor management experience! I wont get back for sure ! And I wanted them to do my tooth that I would need to pay 300! There you are ! You are going to lose money and customers because you ignoring the problem ! The worst customer service ever!
