Cala dug up the pavement outside my property in August 2022 to connect services to their new Glenacre development. In October/November when they had completed the connections but not fully reinstated the pavement I emailed to ask if they had plans to replace the bushes they had removed from my front garden and the bark that had been dug out. The initial response of Cala customer services east was it wasnt them and the issue was closed. I then went to the site office to raise this and they advised they would put it right. We are now in mid march 2023 and I have subsequently spoken with the site manage, two assistant site managers the customer care manager and the customer services department. All of whom said they would look in to it or come back to me. This has not happened. The pavement dug up in August was completed in February 2023 but as of 12/03/2023 Cala have made no effort to make good the damage to my front garden, or to let me know when they plan to. Very poor customer service in this instance. Service: Home building
