Disgraceful service. A 3 HR round trip and 30 in petrol to pick up a paid for lot. The most expensive item in the lot was missing. This seemed to cause very little in the way of assistance and it appeared to me they were aware it was gone. Very nonchalant, shrug of the shoulders and that was that. I got the lot at a very good price. I'm guessing lower than they could stomach so decided to take some back. Having paid for it it's my property they lost but they really couldn't care. Never go near this lot again. Unhelpful, untrustworthy and unimpressive.

Absolutely disgusting and prejudicial treatment towards customers wishing to participate in their auctions. After much chasing back and forth over the phones, Sybelle wouldn't approve my registration, despite approving all of my previous registrations with this auction and me making immediate payments after the sale for the past year - all because she didn't want to press a button. This was totally uncalled for. I have absolutely NO issue with all other auctioneers manually approving me, as I have over a 1,000,000 combined purchase total across multiple platforms. I explained to her in several emails that I had participated in thousands of auctions, with over 1000+ won transactions alone on Easylive, and despite her former email saying she would continue to approve me manually as I'd explained the situation previously and had been approved by the auctioneer. She refused to transfer me to the auctioneer, who ultimately is the person to make the decision (like they had always before) to approve a bidder. She then very rudely hung up the phone - not great with people skills. I invite the auctioneer to contact me directly to resolve this.
