A Reina radiator listed as in stock on the Budget Radiators website took seven weeks to deliver. Its so badly made the brackets had to be fitted out of level on the wall to make the radiator hang vertical. Id have rejected it except thanks to the delay the project was overrunning so much. Getting to this point was stressful enough with missed delivery dates, Budget Radiators not answering the phone or responding to emails, I gave up and contacted Reina to find out what was happening. Avoid Budget Radiators and any products from Reina, both have the potential to disappoint.

Shocking service :( Ordered two Reina radiators: both arrived 4 weeks late, damaged with dents and scratches and with missing parts! They ignored many attempts to settle this for over a month now. Missing parts not sent & no refund. They don't pick up their phone and reply to some emails with long delays. Avoid at all cost!

Purchased 2 designer radiators, customer service was fantastic and delivery all went great with extra instructions provided. We even lost 1 set of brackets and Gordon managed to get us a replacement sent over at no extra charge!

Bought twelve cast iron radiators, and all the trimmings, from these guys. Terrific service. Spot on with everything. Lovely rads and valves. Perfect fit. Totally accurate advice, thank you Gordon, much appreciated. These guys are thoroughly recommended.
