We as a family reached out to Jean when our dear mother passed in January 2023 and asked her to be our celebrant at the funeral. Jean came to mums home and was most professional and sympathetic in what was a very distressing time for us. She quickly put us at ease talking about mum and bringing memories of a long ago simpler time brought smiles and tears for us and it certainly helped on the day. Jean provided a lovely alternative to a religious ceremony and the focus was entirely about our mum which is no more than she deserved. We would recommend Jean at any time should you need a celebrant. Billy

We asked Jean to host a naming ceremony for our young daughter and we were delighted with the experience. We met to discuss our thoughts and agree the key parts of the ceremony and then we received a thoughtful and personalised text which was just perfect. On the day, everything went smoothly and it was such a joyful event. Jean was absolutely the right person to do this and we would highly recommend her.

From start to finish Jean went above and beyond for my family. I could not recommend Spirit in the Sky Ceremonies enough and I physically do not have enough words of gratitude to say thank you. i didnt want a sad mourning day, one thing I wanted was for my Grandfathers wonderful life to be done justice, to honour him and all the good he brought to the world however Jean delivered this beyond anything I could have ever expected. The personal touches I would never have thought of made the day, from start to finish it was seamless and my phone has not stopped from people attending stating that was the best, most beautiful service we have ever seen. Jean included beautiful scrolls for everyone to take home to remember my Grandfathers day this is something I have never seen in all the funerals I have attended. Jean from the bottom of my heart thank you, you honoured my Granda and we sent him out of the world like a king - all thanks to you. Every detail, every name, everything was perfect Jean. You have brought my family immense comfort in the most horrendously difficult time for us and for that we will never forget you and will be eternally grateful to you. Myself and family are very glad that we engaged Jean to facilitate my Mum's funeral service in May of this year. Jean has a very calming influence and a gentle and caring personality. Right away when she came to our home to meet us, we knew that she was there for us. She is a great listener, and certainly captured all that we wanted to say about Mum. She was also very flexible and encouraging with respect to family members and fiends having input to the service. Jean ensured that everything about the service was well planned, giving us time to check things in advance, and as a result the service went as well as we all hoped it would. And, on the day, I noticed that Jean wore a small tartan ribbon which she knew would matter to the family. A sensitive and lovely touch. I have no hesitation in recommending Spirit in the Sky Ceremonies.
