The bus driver on the Churchill route is a absolute disgrace and needs to learn the highway code.driving through Churchill yesterday the wilsons bus blocked me on the main road when I said to the bus driver that I had the right of way as the parked cars were on his side he told me to move and sat there with his arms folded until I reversed back up the street, once I had moved I got a nice cheeky wee wave from him.the most annoying thing is he could quiet clearly see me before he pulled out from behind the parked cars.will not be recommending wilsons to anyone if that's the kind of people they employ. Ps.he wore a baseball cap.

Absolutely shocked and quite frankly disgusted at the behaviour of the bus driver on the 3pm service from Garelochhead to Helensburgh today. When the bus arrived at the main stop in Rhu, a young girl maybe about 10yrs old got on. She told the bus driver she had lost her free bus card and had no money to get home. She was clearly upset and distressed, not some daft wee girl trying it on....she shouldn't have to pay anyway with all children now being entitled to free bus travel in Scotland. The bus driver told her she would have to pay or get off the bus! The now very upset and embarrassed young vulnerable child did as he said and left the bus! Luckily a very nice young man also boarding the bus paid her fare of about 1 into Helensburgh. Another passenger did speak to the driver about this once it reached its final destination pointing out how awful that was off him to put this child in such an unsafe situation. He had no compassion, care or respect for her at all! An official phone call complaint has also been made. I understand there are rules and regulations but there is also being a human and treating others how you would like to be treated...how would this driver have felt if that was his granddaughter?
