M8 Motorhomes

(Translated by Google) My three children and I were touring Scotland for 7 days in June 2022 with M8 Motorhomes motorhome. We had been looking forward to this adventure for a long time and compared many providers with each other - we liked the M8 motorhomes the most. Luckily, the reservation was quite easy. You can get from Paisley Airport to Bishopton by taxi in a relatively short time for just under 15 pounds. The handover was completely uncomplicated. Derek explains everything in a very structured way and repeats everything patiently when asked. He was also easy to reach when we were out and had to help us with the heating once (I must have misunderstood something during the introduction due to the dialect :-) ). We don't have a comparison, but overall the motorhome seemed incredibly well equipped and very well maintained - we fell in love from the first moment. Although I was used to left-hand traffic, the width of the camper gave me great respect for the first few days, which is why I tended to go below the speed limit as soon as a vehicle came towards me. But it got better day by day and from day 3 it was more like I had never ridden anything else. Even parking backwards wasn't that complicated anymore. For the kids and me it was a perfect week with very nice campsites and the incredible advantage of being able to pull over to the side of the road if someone needs to go to the toilet ;-) If we do another round trip through Scotland with a mobile home, we will definitely use M8 motorhomes again. We`ll be back ;-) (Original) Meine drei Kinder und ich waren im Juni 2022 fr sieben Tage mit dem Wohnmobil von M8 Motorhomes in Schottland unterwegs. Auf dieses Abenteuer hatten wir lange hingefiebert und viele Anbieter miteinander verglichen - am sympathischsten war uns M8-Motorhomes. Schon die Reservierung lief zum Glck recht unkompliziert. Man ist vom Flughafen Paisley mit dem Taxi in relativ kurzer Zeit fr knapp 15 Pfund nach Bishopton gefahren. Die bergabe lief vllig unkompliziert. Derek erklrt sehr strukturiert und wiederholt auf Nachfrage alles geduldig. Auch von unterwegs aus war er gut erreichbar und hat uns einmal mit der Heizung helfen mssen (da hatte ich aufgrund des Dialektes bei der Einfhrung wohl was missverstanden :-) ). Wir haben zwar keinen Vergleich, aber das Wohnmobil erschien uns insgesamt unfassbar gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt - wir waren vom ersten Moment an verliebt. Zwar war ich an den Linksverkehr gewhnt, aber die Breite des Wohnmobils hat mir die ersten Tage doch groen Respekt eingeflt, weshalb ich die Tempolimits eher unterschritten habe, sobald mir ein Fahrzeug entgegenkam. Das besserte sich aber Tag fr Tag und ab Tag 3 war es eher, als htte ich nie etwas anderes gefahren. Sogar rckwrts einparken war dann gar nicht mehr so kompliziert. Fr die Kinder und mich war es eine perfekte Woche mit sehr schnen Campingpltzen und dem unfassbaren Vorteil, einfach mal an den Straenrand fahren zu knnen, wenn jemand aufs Klo muss ;-) Wenn wir nochmal eine Rundreise durch Schottland mit einem Wohnmobil machen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder mit M8-Motorhomes. We planned a Motorhome expedition on the west coast of Scotland and wanted to pick up a hired Motorhome in the Glasgow area. After researching the internet we chose Derek at M8 Motorhomes. Derek was relaxed and helpful at every step including helping us with queries while we were on our vacation in the Motorhome itself. The Motorhome was clean,modern, fully equipped and easy to drive. We researched extensively for a suitable company for our first Motorhome expedition and came up trumps with Derek and M8.

Had a great long weekend exploring the Isle of Mull and Iona in the Randger Campervan. Very clean & modern set up and an easy drive. Derek was very easy to organise with and gave a full run down of the van before setting off - highly recommend Derek and the van!

Recently done the NC500 road trip with my girlfriend in the Randger camper van. We hired the van for 5 nights and loved every one of them. The service was top class and smooth. The van was pristine and everything was simple and enjoyable to use. Will definitely be booking again soon and would recommend to anyone.

We are just back from our first ever holiday in a campervan from M8 Motorhomes. We had a great experience and excellent customer service throughout. Derek explained how everything worked and answered all of our questions as we had never used a campervan before. The van was spotless and perfect for our family of 4, everything we needed was included, the whole process just made our first ever campervan trip easy and we had an amazing time, can't wait to book again!
