I had a bad experience with a staff at the counter. I wanted to buy a perfume & was looking for a good size, smell and price perfume. I found one I liked and pointing to the tester, I was like it is quite small. The staff said it was the fragrance I wanted not the size, I was happy I had gotten the 'good fragrance and size', thinking I went home with the tester size because that was how the staff made it seem. I got home saw it was a smaller size and returned to the same staff and said it's smaller can I change it or get a refund, she calls someone else that says the office policy is you cannot return what is open. I said my problem was the conversation, it seems I bought it under deceit. All I wanted was the staff to apologise since I could no longer return it. The manager comes and says if I wanted the tester size it would be 3x the price, I said that was not the problem, I just wanted an apology, he goes she has apologize, and the staff says she has apologized 3x. I said I did not hear it, if I did I would not have repeated the conversation. I felt so angry, my first bad experience here.

Elderly woman behind the counter should be ashamed. My partner is exempt from wearing a face mask as she is Asthmatic and pregnant. Despite telling the lady behind the counter numerous times she then followed my partner around the shop and started to harass her, causing alarm and distress. She was rude, ignorant and had ZERO customer service experience. The elderly shop assistant needs re training on customer service and in particular manners.
