I dont often write google reviews but I need to warn people, especially as I contacted this company based on the many google reviews they have. I contacted them regarding a leak and was given an appointment for problem investigation quickly. However, on the appointment day I called to confirm the appointment and it seemed like they had forgotten about me and quickly came up with an excuse of a vehicle breakdown. I gave them the benefit of doubt. Eventually , the plumber showed up but late. He gave me the diagnosis and Im doing so damaged the bath cover as he removed it and didnt put it back and also almost broke a plastic panel around the bath tub because he was trying to show me what is behind. In any case , I wasnt concerned as I wanted him to come back a few days later for the fixing of things. Then came all the trouble. Three times I made an appointment and the plumber failed to show up. Every time, there would be no proactive communication from their side and I would need to call them up and ask them if they were coming. Every time it was a new excuse. I stuck with them as they claimed they ordered the bathroom things needed for me and decided to be patient. On the third time when I asked them what is going on, they revoked everything they said in the initial appointment. Initially, they said theyd offer a 1 year warranty and suddenly now my bathroom was too old and they could fix it but at my own risk. They also had the audacity to say they did go to the last appointment (4-5 hrs late with no update ) and no one was home for them, which wasnt true. I was very upset as they wasted over 8 days footballing me about and making appointment and never showing up. They shouldve just been honest from the first visit and told me they couldnt or didnt want to do the job instead of wasting my time and energy and having someone stay at home for the appointment. Stay well clear of this awful, unorganized and lying company and go somewhere else. This is no way to treat customers.
