I dont know what's happened to this place, but definitely went down hill. I visited on a Tuesday mid morning with very little customers in store. Staff were not interested in finding anything I asked, even though I spent over 400 pound. Maybe that's not a lit of money to them but it was for me. Hate to say it but I think I would rather shop online than return to this store.
