We recently had the pleasure of working with porcelanosa and Sian. I have to say we were thoroughly impressed with their product and service. I've recently had the pleasure of Kerry being my sales consultant. She was knowledgeable and patient during my indecision and numerous visits to the showroom prior to me making a purchase. Unfortunately my initial tiler failed to deliver on the quality of workmanship as promised. When I revisited the showroom Kerry showed empathy and was again able to assist me in finding a solution to my problem. Having Kerry as my sales consultant has been a pleasure and a blessing in what has been a stressful time. She has made the sales process very smooth. The tiles are now re-fitted and look fantastic. Delighted with our purchase and the product.

I recently purchased a bath and tiles for my new bathroom. The items I purchased were of such high quality and my bathroom looks amazing because of them. The customer service I received was outstanding. I dealt with Innes who was friendly, professional and went out of his way to make sure my tight schedule for delivery was accommodated. Highly recommend.
