I would highly recommend Penny Lane to anyone thinking of selling their home. Calum and Emma were great from start to finish. Always easy to get hold of and very professional. They gave good advice throughout. Especially when we were in the unfortunate position of our initial sale falling through. Thanks again for your services and helping us to sell! I should say as well that the package that was given for the fixed rate fee was very competitive and better than other local estate agents.

Would highly recommend Penny Lane Homes Renfrew to anyone thinking about selling their home. We dropped in to the office to enquire about any houses for sale in the area and were so impressed by the staff that we signed them up to sell our house. Calum did a great job valuing our house and giving advice on everything from the outset. Emma was our main contact and was always there for us at every phone call or email giving us updates, explaining the whole process and keeping in touch to let us know everything.
