        I started with the company a few weeks ago as a trainee assistant manager and at my induction they explained there plans for the future which I was very excited about they also explained what they need to improve on so nothing was left out . Not many companies will tell you this I know what Im talking about as Ive been In care for over 20 years the support Ive had has been brilliant they give you all the help you need and go into great details yes there is a lot of pressure in the job thats to be expected the owners are so friendly and always make time to talk and ask how your doing the rest of the managers are so nice and always willing to help you so glad I took this job.
