Extremely rude and hostile staff member refused to scan my parcel and told me and my children to leave and to never come back with my parcels again. Needs to change the shop sign from convenience store to inconvenience store will not be back.

The gentleman that owns/runs this shop is always quite rude but I always let it go as people have different manners/bad days etc so Im always polite and get on my way! But today I went to drop off a Hermes parcel and I accidentally put the wrong address on it (baby brain)! Within no less the 5 mins of leaving the store I had realised! I returned to ask if I could pay for a new label (appreciating that it was my fault) however I was very very rudely told that it was no longer my parcel & he refused to return it to me! Even though I could see my parcel sitting there! I reiterated that I wasnt looking for a refund & would pay for a new label but he just kept saying it was no longer my parcel! He was aggressive & rude! I felt intimidated in the shop alone
